Pasitikėjimas savimi yra unikalus sportininko patyrimas, kaupiamas pasiekiant įvairius tikslus. Pasitikėjimas savimi gyvybiškai svarbi sportininko asmenybės dalis, kurią bendraudami greitai pajunta žmonės.
